We understand that sometimes the product you purchased may not be the right one for you, and we want all of our customers to enjoy our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help you find the right one.

Online purchases can be returned, provided the below guidelines are met. When returning items ordered online, your online order confirmation must be presented/ attached.

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date under certain conditions.

  • Custom Wig

For custom made wigs we do not accept returns or exchanges because they are made to your specifications. However, clients can send their units back for adjustments or rectification if not suitable. Please note that the client will be responsible for all delivery charges in this case.

  • Hair extensions and Ready Made Wigs
    We accept returns if the hair extensions have not been unraveled, and are in the same condition as they were received. Please leave tags on. Ready Made Wigs can be returned provided the frontal or closure lace is intact and tags are not removed. 

For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns for hair care products and hair tools.

 

Refund/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email with your confirmation order and receipt attached.
  2. Print the prepaid return label our company will send you & bring your package to a local Post office.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will issue you with a full refund or exchange your order (as per your request). Please note that it can take 7-15 business days after we receive your return before we can process your refund or exchange. You will be updated by email once your refund is issued.

 

Additional information

• If the name of a product ends with the words “Final Sale”, it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.

  • Please note that you must contact us before returning your order.
  • All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.
  • Used items will not be refunded.
  • We will pay your shipping fees if you wish to return your order.
